Many Stories can be told Without the Pages of a Book. This is Mine.

Meet the Creator

For as long as I can remember, my hands have been busy crafting and creating. First through the fine lines of colored pencils, then through the vibrant colors of acrylic paints, and now through the transformation of foraged materials. While the art form may have changed, the inspiration has always remained the same: the Earth.

My artistic path shifted roughly four years ago under a willow tree. A single branch fell into my lap. Not only did it startle me, it called to me. This branch was no longer just a piece of wood, but rather a wand for me to use to unlock my magic. I thanked the tree, crafted my first piece, and began to see the world's gifts a little differently. For example, something as simple as a pinecone can now be transformed into a pineflower.

This passion for organic art further deepened about a year ago when I attended a broom-making class and was hooked. Today, I continue to forage and craft, turning fallen branches and natural treasures into handmade tools or talismans that honor the Earth they came from.

The Creative Process

Picking Unique Materials with Honor

The creation of every piece begins with a respectful walk through nature. During this journey, RL the creator sources materials exclusively through ethical foraging, collecting only fallen branches found beneath trees or driftwood washed ashore. By never harming a living plant, the creator ensures each item remains a sustainable gift from the earth. Once a unique piece of wood inspires a vision, RL offers a word of thanks, and sometimes a small gift, to Mother Nature for her offering. This intentional practice is made in hopes of preserving the spirit of the natural material so it can result in one-of-a-kind treasures that truly honor the natural world.
